'We hired Keith and Fran for our life long house project in Berrow Road. Upon meeting them, we realised very quickly the level of knowledge, style and ability they had as a team and how genuine they are and excited they were to assist us with our new home plans. 
This was about designing sympathetically:
*new internals, lots of walls to be moved from a very large 1900’s property! 
*future design for a loft conversion
*future design for a 2 story garage knock down and design of office / come drum studio replacement 
It was fantastic in terms of consultation, design skill, value and making us feel well consulted / involved. Keith and Fran have a no bullshit approach and one could fear, other local architects can be minimal in their approach when asking around before I met these two… 
Keith has a real flare for design, is the most genuine person I have worked with in a long time and really got stuck in with planning / the council who were a total nightmare! Thank god he was involved, if not, that outcome would have been unsuccessful due to a terrible council process, inept officer and awful neighbour to deal with! Keith was considerate but firm in his approach with this and also really knew how to handle a very delicate and stressful situation, which a lot of bigger projects can be!
I would recommend 100% and would trust them with any future work we require in a heart beat, they were a pleasure to have on service and well worth their reasonable fees for the work, experience and expertise provided, which I feel is second to none.
